Paul Yroz, began his career in the Big Eight Public Accounting firm of Arthur Young and Co. Using the technical knowledge and client skills he gained at Arthur Young, he entered the executive search field specializing exclusively in the identification and placement of tax professionals nationwide. His goal is to deliver the most highly regarded and sought out executive search services in the country and to provide superior counsel to both candidates and clients.
He has been a guest speaker for various corporate tax departments as well as the Tax Executives Institute (TEI). He has made presentations to local Chapter Tax Executive Institute (TEI) members, Human Resource Alliances and sat on various panels with Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Tax and CFO professionals to answer questions from key executives throughout the country.
His opinions and comments have been solicited by such prestigious organizations as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CFO magazine and is a monthly contributor and publisher to Newsweek Magazine. Mr. Yroz measures his company’s success by the quality, productiveness and duration of the partnerships his firm maintains.
